Applicability of the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent control) Act, 1965 (2 of 1965).—The Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965 (2 of 1965) shall not apply to any premises belonging to the Industrial Township Authority under section 15.
