Liability of the licensee to produce licence.—Any person having licence under this Act shall be bound to produce such licence at any time for inspection on being required to do so by any authorised officer: Provided that if the licence is granted by a Local Self Government Institution, the authority, to require to produce the licence and to inspect the same shall be vested only with that Local Self Government Institution or an officer authorised by it in this behalf.
