Renewal of licence.—(1) Every licence granted under this Act may be renewed subject to the Rules made under this Act, and subject to such conditions, on payment of such fees as may be prescribed. (2) Any licence not renewed within one month after the date of its expiry, may be renewed only on the payment of the additional fees as may be prescribed.
