(1) The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, amend Schedule I by adding the name of any goods in or omitting the name of any goods from, the said Schedule and thereupon that Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly. (2) The Government by notification in the Gazette, amend Schedule II by adding the name of any organisation in, or omitting the name of any organisation from, the said Schedule and thereupon that Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.] Substitued by Act 3 of 1963.
