(1) An application for the purpose of section 10 shall be made to the designated authority within three months from 1st day of April, 2025, in such form and in such manner, as may be prescribed along with proof of payment of the amount at the rates specified in section 13. (2) Any person who is awaiting modification of orders shall be eligible to apply under sub-section (1) without making any payment, and the amount payable in those cases shall be paid within 30 days of issuance of such modified orders. (3) A separate application shall be made for each specified order.
