(1) The security deposit shall be refunded to the consumer on termination of the agreement within thirty days after the settlement of all dues payable to the licensee. (2) In the case of delay, interest at bank rate on the first of April of that year shall be payable to the consumer. (3) The consumer is entitled to get an account closing statement relating to the security deposit.
