The licensee shall monitor the progress of new connection, additional load, billing, metering, disconnection, reconnection and theft on a monthly basis and submit reports to the Commission, every quarter, mentioning the performance standards achieved, violation of code in each category, penalty levied etc.: Provided that report relating to a quarter shall be submitted to the Commission during the first month of the next quarter.
