In the Kerala Land Conservancy Act, 1957 (8 of 1958),- (1) in the Explanation IV to clause (1) of section 3, for the words "or to a municipal corporation" the words "or to any Panchayat as defined in the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (13 of 1994) or any municipality as defined in the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 (20 of 1994)" shall be substituted; (2) in section 15 after the words "any officer" the words "including the Secretaries of Panchayats and Municipalities" shall be inserted.
