Annual Report and Audited Statement of Accounts.—(1) The annual report of the Board shall be prepared by the Chief Executive Officer under the directions of the Board and after the approval by the Board, a copy of the report together with the audited statement of accounts shall be submitted to the Government within six months after the end of every year. (2) The Government shall, as soon as the annual report is received under sub- section (1), cause the same together with audited statement of such accounts to be laid before the next session of the Legislative Assembly immediately follows.
