Removal of non-official Directors.—(1) The membership of non-official Directors who, without the previous permission of the Board, has been absent from three consecutive meetings of the Board, shall be removed. (2) A non-official Director of the Board removed under sub-section (1) shall be disqualified for reappointment as a Director for a period of one year from the date of his removal.
