The Madras Court of Wards Act, 1902 (madras Act I of 1902) (except in so far as it relates to estates of Rulers of Indian States), as in force in the Malabar district referred to in sub-section (2) of section 5 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (37 of 1956), the Cochin Court of Wards Act, XIII of 1097 and the Travancore Court of Wards Act, 1110 (Travancore Act V of 1110) are hereby repealed.
