The objects of the Scheme shall be,- (1) to raise and administer the fund for the welfare and development of the Co-operative Societies as specified in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 1; and (2) to strengthen the co-operative sector by utilizing the above fund] Substituted by Scheme in K.
