(1) This scheme may be called the Kerala Co-operative Welfare and Development Scheme, 2000. [x x x x] (2) It shall apply to all societies under the control of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies. It shall also apply to any other Society registered under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 as may be notified by Government from tiny time. I (3) It shall come into force at once.
