(1) This Scheme may be called the Kerala Co-operative Societies Employees Self Financing Pension Scheme, 1994; (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of June, 1993. (3) It shall apply to such class or classes of Societies and from such date as the Government may, from time to time, by notification in the Gazette, specify.
