The Fund is constituted by transfer of funds set apart from the net profit of the Societies, in accordance with the provisions of Clause (cc) of sub-section 2 of Section 56 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 and sub-rule (3A) of Rule 53 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules, 1969.
