Procedure for making Regulations. <1) The Academic Council may, subject to the approval of the Syndicate, make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes and the Ordinances of the University. (2) The Regulations may provide for the exercise of ail or any of the powers enumerated in section 24 of this Act. (3) Every Regulations shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette or such other date as the Syndicate may direct.
