Bar of Jurisdiction of Civil Courts.—No civil court shall have jurisdiction to enterain any matter settled or the manner adopted for or any decision taken by the Authority or any officer or expert authorised by the Authority after conducting inspection by virtue of the powers conferred on them by this Act or the rules made thereunder.
