Every experts and officers of the Authority to be public servants.— Every experts and officers of the Authority under the provisions of this Act, while performing their functions in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder or while implementing the provisions therein, shall be deemed to be public servants under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023).
