Directors of Board etc. to be public servants.—Every Director of the Board , the Chief Executive Officer and other officers and members of the staff of the Board appointed under sub-0section (1) of section 9 shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code( Central Act 45 of 1860).
