Employer not to reduce wages etc.—No employer or producer of bamboo products or kattuvalli products or pandanus leaf products shall, by reason only of his liability for the paymnent of any contribution to the Fund, reduce, whether, directly or indirectly, the wages of asnybbamboo worker or kattuvalli worker or pandanus leaf worker to whom the Scheme applies or the total quantum of benefits to which he is entitled under the terms of his employment, express or implied.
