Annual report and audited statement of accounts.—(1) The Board, for every financial year, the annual report of the Fund, showing the complete details of its activities of the previous year shall be prepared by the Chief Executive Officer under the direction of the Board and after approval by the Board, a copy of the report together with the audited statement of accounts, shall be submitted to the Government before the 31st July, every year. (2) As soon as the annual report is received, the same together with the audited statement of accounts shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
