(1) The Government shall constitute an Appellate Tribunal for the purposes of this Act. (2) Any person aggrieved by an action under the provisions of this Act may approach the Appellate Tribunal. (3) A judicial officer not below the rank of a District Judge, nominated by the Chancellor in consultation with the High Court, shall be the Appellate Authority. (4) The term, jurisdiction, duties and the conditions of service and salary of the Appellate Authority shall be prescribed by Statutes with the prior approval of the Government.
