Residence of Students.- The students shall reside in the accommodation maintained by the University or approved by the Vice-Chancellor subject to such conditions as may be prescribed. However, the Vice- Chancellor or an authorized officer of the University may permit the students to reside with their parents or in private accommodations when no such accommodation is available with the University.
