Right of entry

Right of entry.—For the purpose of making or execution of any town planning scheme, any person authorised by the Planning Authority or any public servant or person duly appointed or authorised under this Act, may, after giving such notice as may be prescribed to the owner, occupier or other person interested in any land, enter upon, survey and mark out such land and do all acts necessary for such purpose.
