Making of town planning scheme and its contents.—(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, a Planning Authority, for the purpose of implementing the proposals in the 1[Master Plan published under sub-section (4) of section 13]1, may make one or more town planning schemes for the area within its jurisdiction or any part thereof.
