Officers and other employees of the Authority.- (1) The Government shall provide the Authority with such officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority. (2) the method of recruitment, the salaries and allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and other employees appointed for the purpose of the Authority shall be such, as may be prescribed. 1[(3) The Authority may, with the prior approval of the State Government, create such number and category of post of officers and other employees in the Authority as it considers necessary to carry out its functions under this Act. (4) The Authority may, also engage such experts and technical persons on contract basis as it considers necessary to carry out its functions under this Act.]1
