Annual report.- The Authority shall during each financial year prepare in such form as may be prescribed the annual report giving full accounts of its activities under this Act during the previous financial year and copies thereof shall be sent to the Government within four months from the last date of the previous financial year and the Government shall cause such report to be laid before both the Houses of the State Legislature within a period of nine months from the last date of previous financial year.
