Vesting and administration of the Fund-(1) The Fund shall vest in and be administered by the Authority. (2) The Authority shall administer the fund vested in it in such a manner, as may be prescribed. (3) 1[The fund shall be administered through Reserve Fund maintained in the treasury or Bank account maintained in the nationalized bank,]1 as may be decided by the Authority and the account shall be operated by the Road Safety Commissioner and Additional Commissioner of the Authority jointly in such manner, as the Authority may decide.
