Authorities of the University.- The authorities of the University shall be,- (a) the Syndicate; (b) the Academic Council; (c) the Board of Studies; (d) the Faculties; (e) the Finance Committee; (f) the Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Board; and (g) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
