The Director of Physical Education.- The Director of Physical Education shall be a whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate on the recommendation of the Board of Appointment constituted under section 68. He shall possess such qualifications and exercise such powers and discharge such duties as prescribed by the Statutes.
