Meeting of the Regional development authority and transaction of business.- The Regional development authority shall meet at such time and at such place as the Chairperson may determine: Provided that, the procedure with regard to transaction of business of its meetings, and quorum of such meeting shall be, as may be specified by regulations by the Apex Authority in consultation with the State Government.
