Term of office and conditions of service of members.- (1) The term of office and conditions of service, qualification and disqualification of the Chairperson, the Chief Executive Officer and non official members of Regional development authority shall be such, as may be prescribed. (2) The appointment, remuneration, allowances and conditions of services of the officers and employees of the Regional development authority shall be such, as may be specified by regulations.
