Social boycott prohibition officer.- The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, designate any officer not below the rank of Group ‘A’ Officer of the Government, as the social boycott prohibition Officer as it may consider necessary and may also notify the area or areas within which he shall exercise the powers and perform the duties as may be prescribed.
