The method of recruitment and conditions of service of officers and staff.- (1) The state Government shall provide such other officers and staff as may be necessary to the Board. The method of recruitment and conditions of service and the powers and duties of the commissioner and other officers and staff of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) The administrative expenses, salary and allowances of the officers and staff of the Board shall be defrayed out of the fund of the Board. CHAPTER-V POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE BOARD
