Bar of suits, etc., for acts done in good faith.- No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act against the Board or against any Committee constituted under this Act or against the Chairman, or 1[Director or Vice-Chairman]1, Secretary or any other officer or servant of the Board or against any person acting under and in accordance with the directions of the Board, a Committee, Chairman, 1[Director or Vice-Chairman]1, Secretary, Officer or Servant of the Board.
