Chairman, Vice-Chairman, etc.,to be public servants.- The Chairman, the 1[Director or Vice-Chairman]1, the members, the Secretary and other officers and servants of the Board, and every person entrusted with any duty connected with the conduct of any examination by the Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
