Appointment of other officers and servants, etc.- (1) Subject to the general or special orders of the State Government, the Board may appoint officers and servants (other than the 1[Director]1 and the Secretary) from among Government servants of the Department of Public Instruction as may be required to enable the Board to discharge its functions under this Act.
