Interim Permits.—(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 31, section 32 and section 34, the State Government or, subject to its control, the Deputy Commissioner may grant interim permits to persons applying for permits under any of the said provisions. (2) Such interim permits shall not be granted for any period exceeding one month.
