Tourists’ Permits.—(1) The State Government, or subject to its control, the Deputy Commissioner may grant tourists’ permits to consume, use or buy foreign liquor to a person who is a tourist. (2) A tourist’s permit may be granted for the period of the tourist’s intended stay in the State, but shall in no case be granted for a period exceeding three months. (3) Such permits shall be available at such places as may be notified by the Commissioner in this behalf.
