Penalty for contravening direction under section 40 or order under section 41.—(1) Whoever opposes or fails to conform to any direction given by the Police under section 40, shall on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees. (2) Whoever fails to comply with an order made under section 41, shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to twenty-five rupees for every day that order continues to be disobeyed by him.
