Penalty for contravening orders under section 361[,36A]1 or 37.—Whoever contravenes or disobeys any order or direction made under section 36 1[,36A]1 or section 37 or any conditions of a licence granted thereunder or abets the contravention or disobedience thereof shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
