Penalty for contravening rules, etc., under section 33 or 34.—Whoever,— (a) contravenes any rule made under section 33, or 81 (b) contravenes, disobeys, opposes or fails to conform to any order given by a Police Officer under section 34, shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to 1[five hundred rupees]1
