Penalty for disobedience to order under section 30.—Whoever contravenes, disobeys, opposes, or fails to conform to an order under section 30 requiring him to vacate any premises, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
