Power of the Oil Palm Inspector.- The Oil Palm Inspector shall exercise the following powers, namely:- (i) to assist the Oil Palm Commissioner in the exercise of his powers and discharge of his duties; (ii) to exercise such powers as are delegated to him by the Project Management Committee and Oil Palm Commissioner; and (iii) to exercise such other powers as may be prescribed.
