Punishment for person disobeying lawful direction given by Municipal Commissioner or Chief Officer.—Whoever disobeys or fails to comply with a lawful direction given by the Municipal Commissioner or Chief Officer in any matter shall be punishable in the same manner as a person who disobeys or fails to comply with a lawful direction given by the municipal council in the same matter.
