Fees.—Fees for,— (a) every notice issued under sub-section (3) of section 142; (b) every warrant issued under sub-section (1) of section 143; (c) every distress or attachment made under sub-section (5) of section 143; and the cost of maintaining any live-stock seized under sub-section (5) of section 143; shall be chargeable at the rates, respectively, specified in that behalf in the rules and shall be included in the costs of recovery to be levied under section 144.
