Every officer to be public servant.- Every officer of the Government and every person acting under the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of sub-section (28) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023).
