Restriction on preparation and consumption of foodstuffs in connection with marriages.- No person shall, in connection with a marriage, on any one day, prepare, or serve, distribute or provide for consumption, or cause to be prepared or served, distributed or provided for consumption, any foodstuffs prepared from or containing cereals or pulses or sweet for more than five hundred persons including the members of the family of such person.
