Inter-caste marriage

Inter-caste marriage.- Each party to an inter-caste marriage shall, subject to such rules as may be prescribed, be eligible for grant of one thousand rupees and for such other facilities as may be prescribed. Explanation.- 'Inter-caste marriage' means a marriage between two persons belonging to different religions or different castes of Hindus. CHAPTER VI CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS
