Terms and conditions of the employees of the Board.- (1) The Board may from time to time prepare and notify, with prior approvals of the Government a schedule of the employees of the Board i.e. considered necessary, adequate and proper to maintain for the purposes of this Act and such schedule shall indicate therein the designations and grades of employees. [2) The qualification, remuneration, terms and conditions of service and the method of recruitment of the employees of the board shall be such as may be specified by the regulations.
